Background Arc. Nwaki N. William was Born to the family of Late Mr. Joseph Elelegwu Nwaki of Agbor on 31st July, 1963. Had primary education in Agbor, Delta State (1970 – 1976). Secondary education was at Ika Grammar School, Agbor in Delta State (1977 – 1982). University education at University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria (1982 – 1995), later at Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria (2012 – 2022).
Education Holds a National Diploma (ND) in Mechanical Engineering from Petroleum Institute, Warri, Delta State (1985). Holds B.Sc. (1992), M.Sc. (1995) degrees in Architecture from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Enugu Campus). Holds M.Phil. (2016), Ph.D. (2022) degrees in Architecture (Housing and Urban Studies), from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
